SureStay Hotel by Best Western Presque Isle

Cute place. Nice rooms.nnBut I wish the staff did more about the party that was next door to me, til 4am. You pay a hotel to sleep there. Not sit on the sofa all night ha.

Staying in the King Suite with Kitchenette. The room is great, but the bathroom is disappointing - VERY small! You're sacrificing bathroom space for a great bedroom and living space.

Facemask required. Friendly staff and I had a nice room. No bedbugs! Amenities include microwave, coffee pot, iron, ironing board, hangers and USB/outlet plug-ins on the desk and next to the bed ud83dudecc. Bed was comfortable. Washer and dryer are old but work and are inexpensive. Bring quarters. Weight room is limited. Free weights, two benches, treadmill, stationary bike, mats and exercise ball.nYou are given a laundry bag where you put your used towels in and exchange for fresh towels. Housekeepers collect plastic and glass bottles for recycling.nContinental breakfast has been discontinued and you are given a grab on the go bag. A piece of fruit, Yoplait yogurt, a bottle of water ud83dudca6 and a store bought pastry. I was given a fresh raspberry whoopie pie when I arrived.nOnly issues, they need to weed out front. They also need to check on the weight room more often. The bathroom had no toilet paper or soap to wash your hands. I mentioned it to the front desk, but, they didn't service it by the time I left for home. There isn't much sound proofing in the walls. You can here the tractor trailers zoom by because you are a short distance from the road. You can hear the bathroom vents from other rooms, especially at five o'clock in the morning. The rooms have been renovated, but, I had rust around the bathroom door frame. Also, a big crack by the window.nIf I come up to Presque Isle again, I will stay here.

Professional staff, friendly, clean rooms, controlled entry, hot showers with spa fixture, very comfortable bed with four comfortable pillows. Free delicious Whoopie pies! Dog friendly. Highly recommend.

Very clean & nicely remodeled... lots of parking & very convenient to shopping right in town. Also the staff is very pleasant & friendly. Definitely would stay here again.
