Is good somewhat to deal with but in order for them to rent a unit to you you either have to be homeless or have a month to month lease, which makes it hard to actually rent an apartment from them.

I love the apartment I am in I have just run into some medical issues and have problems with the stairs right now but I'm working on it for the time being

I disagree with inspections at this time , do to the latest rise in Covid-19 cases. We have no right to enter the office for anything. So that is an unfair policy, to be able to come in to our apartments, after walking through other apartments. Covid-19 can be on shoes. I am in the High Risk Age for the Covid-19. That is why i am posting my concerns. PI Housing is a great place to live, that i want that known also. Great people that run this place.
