Order ONE drink after waiting in line for 20 minutes and it is made wrong. 7 out of 10 times I stop here my coffee is made incorrectly. Recommend waiting for the next location unless you have time to kill waiting in line for a second time to get your order right
I am so tired of them getting my coffee wrong, literally spend so much money here and when you pay $4 for a coffee you expect it to be right. Its great when they get the order right. But 9 out of 10 times they don't. My husband's coffee is never made right and they always give us the wrong food or forget half of it and when we order the specialty bacon they almost never put it on and use the normal nasty bacon. We would go here almost everyday since its right by our house but we r sick of messed up orders and having to come back everyday for them to fix it so now we drive all the way to Farmington just to get our dunkin.nUpdate....we decided to try it again today and got RAW BACON in our sandwichs....I posted picture in there photos
Was ok. Food was crushed, soggy, and full of dripping grease. Ew. At least the hashbrowns were good. Customer service to. Hopefully the coffee is better than the food.
