Great place!! It is a new store, everything won't be perfect, but they are trying. I did feel bad for the cashiers trying to keep a positive attitude for the negative customers through their lines (a lot of nasty customers), but they were firm with them and did well. Perhaps some people in this town could use a little patience. It is a fine store and they are doing a great job!
Worst experience ever! Went to see the new store for the first time. Nothing is priced right and when I tried to show that all the signs for 5 out of ten things we were going to purchase were wrong and mislabeled they started to argue with me. Then when I told them the price is wrong in another department the girl tells me that’s not her department. Why are you a price checker then? Never going back!
Tried to buy several guns. Employees kindly helped pick them out, did paper work for 2 hours. Last minute manager says he wont sell them, I could only have one. Hes was very rude and arrogant. Wasted hours of my time with no apology. He turned down a $12,000 sale for no reason. I will never be back.
The manager is a great guy, he helped me out with picking the right feed.
If I could give 0 stars I would! The gun manager is awful to his employees and has terrible customer service skills. I can't express enough how they already need new leadership in that department.
