I didn't even want to give one star. I have shopped there for years for good toys. There is new management and only 2 voliteers left the rest are new. I have realized now the bagged up and tape on bags 2 out of 4 had broken toys in them. One had 2 barbies I took out of bag the heads fell off to be broke at the neck. Purchased 2 dolls in bag sealed with tape took out of bag mother daughter dolls taped together in bag to cover up broken doll. The person who bagged these items up had to have known they were broke. I took back to store to be told no returns. Previous management you could return with reciept. This store helps support a good cause but they should disclose they sell broken toys on purpose for money. Poor management for sure.
