The people in the clerk office are not very helpful.nThey just tell you to go online. For those who are not internet savvy, it cam become very frustrating.nThe employees in the Putnam County Clerks office, need to be more compassionate, and understand and be willing to help anyone and everyone who calls, and or come into their office.

I have called a couple of times and have found every person I spoke with to be friendly and very helpful.

Rude and careless. So much for people helping these days.
