Whoever delivers the packages on Glen Browning Dr. in Greencastle always leaves them in front of my garage door instead of my front porch. The front of my garage door is not covered like my front porch. Also leaving them in front of the garage door requires me to check every time I leave my garage so I don't run over a package. Stop leaving them in front of the garage door!! Today there was a package that was supposed to be signed for and they didn't even come to the door. They just put the little slip in the mailbox without coming to the door for a signature and said no one was home when in fact we were so my package didn't get delivered like it was supposed to!!
The lady who delivers mail on us 231 going out past the fair grounds has been constantly shutting off our mail stating the trash cans or anything else may be in her way I have went out several times and moved everything back multiple times even if I knew it wouldn’t be an issue and she has now shut off our mail 4 times now mind you I’ve only lived in my house probably 4 or 5 months. She uses my driveway to get to our neighbors mailbox in which she drives directly by our mailbox but refuses to deliver our mail, I am over it and want my mail! She needs to be fired she clearly has a personal problem or just sucks at her job. Point blank
I came in right at 4:30 as they were closing. I thought they closed at 5. A really nice lady named Angie helped me. She was super nice and didn’t rush me even though it was closing time.
I've been dealing with a package that is being delivered to the wrong address. I've been into the post office twice and was told it was not there. It was there. Then I was being told it had been delivered. It had not. I was asking questions about the tracking number, trying to verify and also figure out what to do since I've never been in this situation. The woman of was speaking to (Laura or Lauri) was incredibly rude. She cut me off, told me she does that have all day to argue with me. I've never been rude to anyone over the phone. She was out of line. The supervisor I spoke to was very helpful and nice. She is the reason they get 1 star.
Darrell Stockton is the worst Postmaster in the US. He refuses to deliver mail and packages, even medicine to the elderly with cancer. He engages in a lot of unethical behaviors that obstruct package delivery from other services (UPS, FedEx). In any private organization he would have been fired by now.
