Heather Taylor and her staff are absolutely fantastic. They are so knowledgeable but still personable, it’s like walking into an office full of friends. And their response time is super quick! Even when we were out of town and had a situation at home, they took care of it immediately so we didn’t have to worry about a thing while on vacation. Total rockstars!

They are great at answering questions and responding to you. Prices are awesome I have six vehicles still pay half of what I was paying with progressive. I was having trouble getting home owners because my house is older they had no issues helping me and I can afford it, the ladies there are awesome.

We have been with Heather Taylor for about 4 years now. Our previous agent put us in a tight situation that we almost lost our policy with State Farm. Heather Picked up the dropped pieces of the previous agent, and has even helped us lower of policies without looking any coverage. She helped us get our teen son covered without us breaking the bank, which we all know is scary. She checks in with us multiple times a year. Her staff knows us by name, and knows what we want, and what is best for our family and life. I highly recommend Heather Taylor State Farm!
