Our grandchildren are here for an extended visit and we have used this library to do curbside and inside pickups. Each time, we are thrilled with the service. The extra surprises that are included in our pick up bags are much appreciated by the children. Things such as books that are geared toward their age group, activity sheets, book marks, projects, stickers, etc. Thank you so much for doing this.

The ladies at the library are very friendly and helpful.nThe thing that makes absolutely no sense is, the hold on a book coming from a different library is now 7 days instead of 3. Don't know who made that stupid decision.

I live in Manchester Township. Obviously no library “in district” for us. I live one road over from Roscoe. 5 minute drive to the library. 100 dollars a year to get a card. Wish there was some type of accommodation for people who don’t have a public library of their own.

This library is quite a bit larger than I expected it to be for our small town. I would have never found it had I not searched for library on Google in the area. It's completely hidden behind a large shopping center. It's a quiet spot, with not a lot of traffic.nnThe Roscoe library is split in two, with half of the building dedicated to adult readers and the other half of the building dedicated to children and adolescents. Reading programs are available for all age groups. My toddler and I go there on a weekly basis for their Wiggle Giggle Grow program, where she spends an hour learning some sign language, practicing rhymes, and having playtime in a structured, class-like environment. Other mothers in the class who've gone to other programs at other libraries say that this library has the best children's program. There is a small, enclosed space for small children with toy train tables and a fully-outfitted kitchenette. There are also ample areas for studying and reading, making it a great after-school spot for homework.nnAs far as selection goes, I feel disappointed sometimes that they don't have books I'm looking for, especially the books that are of a controversial nature, but when I try to search for these books at other libraries for an inter-library loan, I don't often find them there either.nnYou can, however, read books on your Kindle borrowed from the library which is a very cool feature. You download an app called Libby and select what you want to read and it can be delivered wirelessly to your Kindle. It's nice to be able to browse a selection and read immediately without ever having to leave home.nnThey have an annual book sale where they offer books for an absolute steal - I picked up a brand new hardcover copy of The Polar Express for $0.50.
