I had such a positive experience at this therapy center! They were all so professional but yet so very friendly and caring! They even got me in “working condition” far sooner than I or my doctor hoped! The facility is very clean and they stick to the rules when it comes to the recent restrictions! All the staff was outstanding Jenna, Ryan Gianna and I did have Sean for a short time who was wonderful as well! I was so impressed I told a few friends and one is now a patient and she totally agrees with me!! She loves it there!! Thanks so much for all your help! Lori R

I have only had 5 PT Appointments so far but cannot believe what great progress already!!! Thank you to Ryan, Jena and Gianna!

Do not come to this location or you will have a bad experience!!! The Physical Therapist shows up late and appointments were always being changed to a different time. I was not receiving the best care. Since I switched to a different physical therapy location I got much better treatment and the therapists are always on time. Rezin physical therapists think we have nothing better to do then wait for them when we are actually punctual and show up on time? What’s the point of having an appointment if they aren’t going to abide by it? Instead of making appointments there they are better off just calling at the last minute and letting people know what time to show up each day at their convenience. I’m glad I will never have to deal with that again since the new office I go to takes me at the time of my appointment.

Natasha and Binky have excellent customer service and knowledge in all aspects of the rehab process, I would recommend them to anyone.
