Great experience with Enterprise. Very safe COVID procedures were taken. Even has a flat/low pressure tire warning & before I left the lot they checked it out to make sure it was good to go & safe for me to travel. Justin provides top notch customer service. He is building the brand with his forthrightness & honesty. Refreshing to see such professionalism, but also that down to earth respect for the customer. I joined the Enterprise points program because of Justin. Looking for to my next rental at Enterprise on Harlem Rd in Rockford, IL.

I was picked up from Gerber and given a ride to Enterprise. They were originally supposed to have me in a truck but it was unavailable due to needing an oil change and some work from previous renter. Kind of annoying but this is where it gets good.nnThe guys understood I wanted a pickup truck and started making calls until they found one at their Sandy Hollow location. They were very receptive and made it happen on the fly. I cant say enough about the great customer service and cool personalities at this location. They gave me a ride to the other location to get the truck.nnLibby was amazing as well and even though insurance didn't cover their minimum rate, she worked some magic and got me into a truck anyways. The communication, customer service, and overall experience was top notch.nnIf you need a vehicle, definitely check this location out first!
