What a great dealer. Easy to set up appts, do the job on time and super friendly and accommodating. I took my car in for recalls on two different occasions and each time also had some maintenance work done. I appreciated having a loaner car as I am 45 miles from this dealer. They also did everything requested, on time and for the price they quoted. Eric is super nice and efficient. Everyone was great. Best dealer experience I have ever had.

Recently purchased a 2020 RX FSport along with owning an '16 LX 570. Matt, Chris, Steve and Ben were great to work with making for two easy transactions. Service with both vehicles has been perfect with accommodations for all our needs. Anxious to see the future vehicles and continue to work with Lexus of Rockford.

I do not recommend purchasing a used car from this dealership. I bought a car from here and within two weeks of purchasing, the car wouldn’t turn on and the check engine light was on. I took my car down there and they had my car for 6 days before telling me they replaced the battery. Never mentioned why my check engine light was on. 24 hours after picking my car back up, it died again and the check engine light is back on. I called to ask why my check engine light was on in the first place, and they told me it was a bad O2 sensor but they couldn’t fix it. So they just chose to not tell me about it. Now I am again without a working car within two weeks of purchasing from this dealership. They show little to no remorse for you after they sell you a car that won’t start. Terrible business.

Today me and my brother we went to purchase the GX 2021 from them, the sales person was very friendly and try his best to help us and when we start talking about the prices we asked them for only $1000 off of what they asked us for which was $61k then the manger Mike came out and started telling my brother that we are insulting him?? What we just ask you for $1000 off of what you asked us to pay!!!! I never seen business manger like him ever in my life, he didn’t welcome us when he saw us and he didn’t intrudes himself to us. Again we went there to buy we never ever before go to a dealer without purchasing a car from day one. I don’t recommend no one to go to this dealer you will not be welcome. Mike Sartino you need to go to school or Lexus need to tech you how to talk to people!!!

I purchased a vehicle about 2 weeks ago from Lexus of Rockford. I first started talking to Eric, who was very helpful. I set an appointment to come look at the vehicle & I ended up having a family emergency that day. Eric was very understanding & told me if I was to come in later to ask for Michael. I ended up being able to make it that day, so I worked with Michael. I got there & the vehicle was waiting for me. I knew I was going to purchase the vehicle before I even got there but Michael definitely made everything go smoothly. Thank you!!! ud83dudc4dud83cudffb✨✨✨
