This is my third time buying a car from Napleton's Honda and there is a reason I will keep going back. Nick was my salesman today and I will have to say that he was outstanding. Nick was well informed on all Honda vehicles. It wasn't just the car that I was purchasing for my daughter today, but all vehicles on the lot. I have 4 Honda vehicles for my business and I will continue to be a true loyal supporter of the Honda family, but even more important, a sole buyer from Napelton of Loves Park. On another note, Gary in the service department is one of the best people I have ever dealt with in a service situation. He is always honest and upfront. When he says your car will be ready, it always is and that is so appreciated. When you are a small business owner running on a tight schedule this is truly important. Thanks Nick and Gary for jobs well done!

We just purchased a new Hybrid CRV and are extremely happy with our new car -- and our entire experience! Our sales associate, Chris Woods, was friendly, professional, patient, and very informative. He helped us with inside car settings; and explained all the safety features in detail, and how the hybrid engine works. Two thumbs up for Chris! He is an excellent member of Napleton's team!

Purchased a 2021 accord sport Saturday. John palumbo made this go so easy I was in and out in a couple hours. I’ve purchased 5 cars from John over the years and will definitely get my next one from him.nIf you want a straight forward sales guy John is your man.

Worked with Dan Merrick to lease a new CR-V at the end of previous lease. Dan was fantastic including coming in on his day off to meet with me. Came away with a 2021 CR-V. Again Dan and the rest of the folks at Napleton's were great.nI first went to Napleton about 10 years ago and did not go back for several years. But went back 3 years ago and was pleasantly surprised at their improved service level. A 1000% improvement. Working with service and sales staff during this time has been very good.nAnd this purchase process continued at a top service level.nThanks to Dan for carrying this whole transaction through to completion. And love our new CR-V!
