Great staffs and the place is always clean. Most importantly great price and I love that I can get my clothes back the next day if I really need it done!
Best place in town have been goin here for over a year an never had any issues. Panamera is a lovely lady thanks for your service.
One star is too many for this joke of a place. I brought a backdrop for my photo booth business to them on Monday. The woman told me that it would be ready by Wednesday. I called them on Thursday and a different woman told me that it had been mistagged and that she could have it ready by 6 pm Friday. I need to be in Wisconsin by 4 o'clock for the event. She said she could get it back to me by 9 uncleaned. At 9:15, their truck hadn't arrived. The woman who screwed up in the first place told my wife and then called me to restate her lie that she told me it would be a week. The backdrop is now filthy and has stains on it that look like someone was eating a candy bar while they stuffed it into a bag. And because of the bag stuffing, it is hopelessly wrinkled. Quick tip to the morning woman; you and/or your company screwed up. You should be apologizing profusely, not telling me that I agreed to leave a backdrop I needed in less than five days with you for a week.

Would not waste my time using this place again. Staff is lucky to be there on time to open the facility. They talk on their phones while you are being waited on and they managed to ruin a brand new never before worn expensive men's dress shirt. Take your cleaning elsewhere and save yourself the headache.nOnly gave 1 star because the system wouldn't let me choose 0.
