I took my granddaughter in so she could look at the charms for her charm bracelet. She’s just 10 years old. The salesperson that helped us was wonderful. She showed my granddaughter the charms she admired, let her pick them up and look at them and was so very nice to help us without rushing. I appreciated the way she treated us!
I came in today to get two watch batteries replaced. Everyone was helpful, friendly, and professional. They got the job done quickly and for a fair price. Would recommend easily!
Theresa was absolutely amazing. My husband and I had a great experience. We had heirloom jewerly, and she ex exceptional, made us feel like family was very knowledgeable and provided us with some as well. I had two rings sized, one was a thick band and the other a solitaire. I also had the prongs lowered. I was beyond excited to have them back in a week and so shiny and beautiful.
