Well first I wanna say the guys in there are very cute. But I had an appointment at 3 and a guy came in at 3:20. So the barber( not saying names) took him instead. He apologized but even if that guy was a regular he should of done the right thing.oh well. Atmosphere looks cool but what can you do... too bad ud83dude12
In Joliet for work and needed a haircut. Thankfully I picked Elite and met Angel. He is a beast of a barber and super professional. He even walked to the store to buy me a water. You can’t go wrong with him and Elite Lounge.
Barber named Esmeralda doesn’t check Booksy that everyone encourages you to use. Went to see barber for a beard shave and when you ask about appt they not only don’t check Booksy and say it wasn’t confirmed they show you the treatment of not only not really wanting to help you but doesn’t really show the effort to help just tells you to go find someone else. The treatment really made me feel insignificant as a customer and individual. I was truly looking forward to the services from her I seen she had high reviews online but from what I seen today it makes me think differently about her and the shop.
Amazing service. Always a great cut. The barbers are great at what they do and seem have fun working there. If your looking for a barber.
