Salon 360

I came in on 10/16/20 around my 5 pm appointment for a haircut. My stylist, Sam, has been so phenomenal to me that I officially consider her as my favorite stylist.She honestly did a perfect job on my haircut. Gave her a 15 dollar tip because I liked her service THAT much due to not only a perfect hair cutting service, but also perfect customer service as well and I normally have a history of giving 5-7 dollar tips as a courtesy. If anyone were to ask me who they should turn to for a hair service, I would definitely recommend Sam and encourage them to give her great tips because that's what great stylists like her deserve. As a beauty school student with dreams of being a stylist, I also consider Sam as my ideal coworker. Infact, I've been to this salon before like a couple years back and even the women I met who worked there were sweet! As long as I am not only able to recover from my second hospital surgery but also lucky enough to not have to go through chemo, I would definitely love to keep coming back to Sam each time my hair is due for another trim.

My first time going to Salon 360 and they were great! Very friendly, great customer service, and safe. Yesenia was my stylist and she did a phenomenal job!!! Definitely going back!

My original request was biolage, with chunky definition between light and dark. I showed them images of what I wanted were from pintest. I was looking for a general image, not a specific look from one of the photos.nnI came to them with 2 years of untouched hair growth, along the the remaining of the hair with former biolage (done professionally that distorted my hair) and red color (I purchased at sally's). Total length about mid back. I was told my hair goals were achievable.nnI was originally satisfied with my hair, because I didn't receive the damage I had from the previous biolage. I was happy my hair wasn't destroyed in the lightening process. But overall, I feel they did not listen to my hair goals.nnI paid 200 for biolage (which I knew the cost upfront) with a very specific request to not have top of the head highlights, because I wanted low maintenance hair. What I ended up with is exactly opposite of this. I received highlights and no bottom of the hair lightening.nnI became very disappointed when my family and friends couldn't tell I had my hair done. What had I paid for? My husband noticed the little bits of lightening, but he felt I overpaid for the work I received.nnThe staff was so nice. I loved the layout and the decor of the place. But for me, I am so disappointed with my result I will not be back. This photo is my hair (they curled it too, by the way) right after I got home. The other is a screen shot of the images I showed them as my hair goals. I don't feel they were comparable.
