Dana was so professional and provided great guidance on how to improve movement in my shoulder. She was very thorough in explaining the proper ways to do the exercises and patient in explaining how to correct my movements when I went off course with the exercises. Would highly recommend her and the center-great group working there

This has been my first experience with therapy and I don't think I have could have chosen a better place. My therapist was Dr. Jim and he was amazing as a therapist and as a person. I will miss everyone, including the friendly staff, when I'm done with my sessions.
