Beyond great service! Tabitha and staff are amazing. The genuine care they have not just for making clothing perfect but, the genuine care about the event the garment is to be worn; from everyday work to weddings. The customer service is beyond the clothing, it is partnered with a personal care about their customer's reason for coming to their store. Oh yeah, by the way, they clean and dry clean at fantastic prices. Highly recommend!!!!!

Shelley is a very pleasant person to deal with. I’ve never had any issues at this location. I’m greeted by name, am not given a hard time when I forget my ticket, and my clothes are always ready on time. Keep up the great work!
Customer service is apathetic at best. I had brought in one nice formal dress with stains. I was told I wouldn't know the price and would have to be contacted later. I got a call back saying it would be $20. Since it is such a nice dress I was willing to pay. When I picked up the dress the stains were still present. When I brought it back the lady seemed very annoyed and that I was bothering her. She told me there is never a guarantee she could get the stain out, even though I pointed it out the first time when dropping it off. She said she would send it back but won't guarantee anything. She called back many days later saying she couldn't do anything and it's too late and the stain is set. Now I have wasted time and money with no results. Never going back for any kind of service.
