Soar Carpet Care were right on time and our technician was extremely courteous. He explained the process and everything that would be done to my three bedrooms, sofa and area rug. They were not pushy to add additional services, but did give me the options of what was available. They put wall and furniture blockers everywhere to ensure no damage was done. The job was done efficiently and to my satisfaction. We have found our new go to carpet company. Will recommend to all.
Amazing experiences.Tony and his team werepuntual ,reasonable and do an excellent job. Super satisfied with how my antique rugs came out after cleaning. Goes above and beyond and thinks ahead of time about what you may need to do and what type of pads best suit your needs. I will be using Soar Carpet Care in the future for all of my floor cleaning needs.
Had an appointment today between 11-2. I had to call THEM at 3 to ask where they were. Gentleman on phone said he would call tech immediately and call me right back. I called back at 4 and just canceled appt.nNot sure what issue is/was but a phone call explaining/apologizing would have been appreciated.
I loved the Soar Carpet Care. I had two rooms and a hallway completed yesterday. My favorite part was the fact that the company uses a pet/eco friendly solution that dries quickly and doesn’t leave a harsh odor. The operator was knowledgeable and sociable. He took the time to show me challenge areas and discussed future appointment frequency as a best practice for keeping my carpets fresh. I will definitely use this service again in the near future!
Soar Carpet Care did an excellent job cleaning my carpet. It was such a great experience working with them. They were very thorough and were able to remove all the stains from my carpet. My carpet looked like new after they were done. I was very impressed and would definitely recommend them.
