I was very happy with my experience with Dirk. He helped me created a custom engagement ring for my fiancee. Dirk did AMAZING job! My fiancee is in love with her engagement ring! Few months later my fiancee and I went back to Heritage Jewelers to get her custom made wedding bands and she gave Dirk every single details what she wants on her wedding band and dirk made sure she gets what she wants! It was PERFECT! She is so in love with her rings! Their prices and services are unbeatable! We Definitely will come back! We will recommend Heritage Jewelers to everyone we know!

My ring was broken for many years and for our anniversary my husband took me to Heritage Jewelers to get it fixed. We decided to change it a bit. We took some gold off of it and add a halo to my diamond. I was shocked when I saw it! I am in love! It is absolutely gorgeous! Thank you for such a wonderful experience. We will defiantly be back. PS My husbands new ring is gorgeous too!

Dirk and Tom were the most professional and nice people I have dealt with in a long time. They re-worked an old diamond anniversary ring into a new diamond 25th anniversary band for me. They said it would take about a week. I dropped my ring off at 4:30 on a Thursday, and by the very next day at 10:30 am they called and said it was ready! I was so excited! It was beautiful and exactly what I wanted. I would highly recommend Heritage Jewelers for all your jewelry needs! Thanks again Dirk and Tom! You’re the best!

I was very pleased with my experience with Dirk and the team. They created a custom engagement ring based on a design from brilliant earth that my fiancee was in love with. Tom is an amazing artist and the ring turned out better than I could have asked for. Needless to say my fiancee was speechless. She's constantly getting compliments for the detail and originality. Dirk was also very reasonable and I saved a considerable amount for higher quality materials and customer service. I would definitely recommend them to anyone and I will be returning soon for our custom wedding bands.
