Made a 9 30 am reservation, wasted 25 $ on uber to get here and they tell we dont have a car for you, probably 11. What can i say more ?
Very friendly and fare prices but the cars when given to you are completely dirty and smell.nI tend to wonder if they care about presentation with handing vehicles and when they get them returned from customers.
Wouldnt pick up the phone
My nephew was dying and we did not know it. We were running to hospitals and dr. appts. They were so understanding. I would not trade them for anyone else. You don't know how much you helped. I still want to buy the truck. I loved it.
The representative that helped me was great! He was so friendly and I absolutely LOVED the vehicle he put me in. As soon as I am in the market for a new car, I will definitely be buying from Enterprise and I will be buying the same type of vehicle that I rented! I didn’t want to return the vehicle after the end of my rental time. But again I would recommend Enterprise to everyone! I won’t rent from any other rental car company. Thanks Enterprise for your amazing customer service and for the different types of vehicles that you rent out! I look forward to doing business again with your company soon!!
