We've rented from this location several times and are always there when they open and employees were late each time which kept us from starting our trip earlier in the day. have been a little rude on several occasions. going back to Hertz, even if a little more money.
The car was really nice. The employees diff everything they cost to make use happy. A little high visit wise, but I'd rent it again for the comfort. Next time 2 weeks.
amazing service from Chris and Ash, just a fluke with the ez pass and tolls
Car was filthy on outside, not super clean on inside either (french fries on the floor). Wiper blades were literally falling apart. Car had over 40,000 miles on it and clearly the tires were original, barely any tread left. Two dents in car when I picked it up. Clearly Avis just doesn't care.
Cleanest cars so far. They all do their best to take care of their customers. Keep up the good work.
