I worked with Josh and Niccole at Athletico PT in Antioch after an ankle fracture. They made PT enjoyable while also challenging me to get back to my active lifestyle.nnThey were very knowledgeable about my injury and helped me understand and overcome challenges with the first surgery.nnI would highly recommend Josh and his team to anyone seeking PT in the area, they are great, knowledgeable people who are there to help you reach your goals.

Josh and his staff are super nice and helpful. What a fun environment to be in while healing! My daughter had 2 shoulder surgeries in 2020 and has recovered well under their care. I had a recurring ankle injury and they identified the source of weakness, helped me gain strength and showed me proper form in certain exercises. Highly recommend!

Best place ever! Everyone here is so nice and just wants you to be healthy and not it pain anymore. I really think that having a team like them helps with the process and motivates you so much more than trying to do it yourself. 10/10 would highly recommend

The staff and therapists are wonderful and joy to be around. Nicole and Tiffany are great, I would recommend anyone to them. Both Nicole and Tiffany listen to the clients concerns and needs and work together with the client in a team fashion to deliver a positive healthy outcome.
