After my son was told that his 4 forms of ID didn't count to rent a car using a debit card. If he used a credit card he only needed 1 form. Why would the form of payment require different amounts of ID? I went in to ask about renting a car and adding him has a driver. I was told only could be charged on credit card and not debit card if additional driver. Then the lady said that if debit card was used it would have to be charged double amount to add additional driver. Then said they don't do that. Then why mention it if you can't do it.?Not very friendly company for people that don't have credit cards. Also was told full amount would have to be on one credit card and can't be split. I've rented from company for years and now will be finding someplace more consumer friendly. Wondering if how they treat the consumer with different forms of payment is even legal???

No help at all! Reserved vehicle days ahead of time. Renting with debit card and brought 2 forms of ID(my drivers liscense, and insurance bill) that wasn’t enough so I drove home to get more, 2 letters from the IRS addressed to me and a letter from the state, all from within the last 30 days. None of which were “acceptable”. They wouldn’t work with me to find a solution to the problem so I had to cancel the reservation and find an alternative. Please make it a little bit easier for people to rent with a debit card, it makes no sense I can rent a car with a credit card and drivers liscense, but when I use a debit card I need to provide proof of paying 2 bills in the last 30 days. Why can’t you just charge my debit card in full like all other business? Smells a bit discriminatory towards renters that can’t provide a credit card. Just sayin.

This was the easiest rental car ever! Loved the pickup and filing papers in the warmed up car. Antioch IL Staff was excellent! I wish I could remember her name!

I rented a truck from here while my car was going to be in the auto repair shop for about 8 days, after finding out I would be paying for the rental and my warranty would not pay Enterprise I was charged for a truck that had a cracked windshield, truck was full stains all over, back of the truck looked like someone backed into it and just the condition was the worst I would never go back there and rent from this location stay away! These vehicles are just all damaged and not clean at all! For me to pay close to $400 I should have gone to Avis next time! STAY AWAY!
