Keys work great! Just wish there were more to choose from like a key with a bigger end on it. It would be easier to turn then especially for someone with bigger hands or arthritis or a senior citizen.
I purchased 6 keys in total and 5 of them worked perfectly. I called customer service in regards to the non-working key and without hesitation, they refunded me for the key promptly. There was also a pretty good variety of fun keys for all of the family's likes. I will continue to use their kiosk at Menards for all of my key needs in the future.

Great value. Easy to use.
I had 3 locks replaced last week and 4 keys done. Either the locks are terrible quality or the person who installed did a poor job. The locks do not function well, the handle rattles, and one of the keys made doesn’t even work. This is a VERY expensive service and have called and left several messages and no one has gotten back to me. I would not recommend this company as it is expensive and they don’t do a good job or return urgent calls.
