when I called originally they were very nice and quoted me a great price. I was told someone would be there between 2-4 pm. By 4 pm no one was at my house nor did I receive a call stating there was an issue. I called and the tech called me back said I’m running late I’ll be there by 6 pm. By 6 pm still no tech nor no call to give an update. I called the last who answered the phone said she’s call the tech. Another 30 minutes pass and nothing no call. So I called the main number again. This lady hung up on me 6 TIMES!!! I called the tech and he said he would be there at 8 pm. At 7:30 he called and said he was going to be another hour. He finally showed up about 8:45. I know things happen, and people get delayed. But NO CALL to even update about being 4.5 hours late is unacceptable. Then to have someone who is supposed to be professional hang up on me so many times when I just wanted an update is like a slap in the face. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY FOR SOMEONE WHO IS IN AN EMERGENCY, OR DOESN’T HAVE TIME TO WAIT ALL DAY. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE OF ANY BUSINESS I HAVE EVER USED. IF I COULDnGOVEN0 STARS I WOULD!!!
