Dropped off my oversized comforter in a bag to be washed on the 13th of November. The woman working said it would be ready by the 18th and that she would call me. She never called. I assumed that she just forgot to call me. I went there today on Nov. 25th assuming that it would definitely be all set. She said that they hadn't gotten to it yet, but maybe they could this week. I told her that I needed it and would just figure out how to wash it myself. She then took the comforter still in my bag, tossed it on the floor in front of me and turned away from me not saying anything. Poor, inexcusable customer service. I will never go back.

I have been using this company for years. The quality of the cleaning andncustomer service have been very good. Pricing seems average. I would recommend.

Worst place ever!! Wish i didnt have to even give one star!!Brought in two jackets and they completely ruined one and never called me. When I went to pick them up the lady told me oh I was just going to call you to tell me one of them was ruined. Than the owner told me because it was not a brand new jacket it was not worth anything!! It was in perfect condition before I brought it there. Somehow they manager to have all the leather lining come out completely and the material that was around the pockets came completely off. Than the owner said he would not pay for what I paid for the jacket or help me at all because it was not a new jacket and I could reach out to the company where I got the jacket and complain to them that even though it says dry clean this happened. So basically he ruined an expensive jacket but would not help at all. He was very rude even though he was the one who ruined my stuff! Never will go there again!

Just had a terrible experience at this cleaners. I had to give it one star because there was no choice for NO STAR. My elderly aunt dropped off a coat over 3 weeks ago to be cleaned. My sister just went to pick it up because we have never received a call. My sister was given attitude and a poor excuse as to why the coat wasn’t ready 3 weeks later. We looked at the coat once home. This coat has not been cleaned. It has my aunt’s hair still on it as well as the fuzz from her white sweater. My sister paid $17.00 in ransom to be able to get the coat back. Never again!!
