My junior high son has been coming to Learning Ascent for math tutoring for 3 weeks now and the progress is great to see. He had given up on math and algebra and was very discouraged. In a short time with his tutor his attitude is completely different and his math teacher has noticed a major improvement...I received a very positive e-mail from her complimenting him on his 85% on a recent test and noting the wonderful improvement in his process and understanding. I can't thank Learning Ascent enough for the help they've provided!

My daughter is in first grade and has a hybrid model for school. She is a wonderful girl who needs all the time in the classroom she can get. Unfortunately this year is not allowing that opportunity, so we signed up for tutoring twice a week to help her keep up with her academics. She is a BIG advocate for only liking female teachers, so when I found out we were going to get a male we were a bit nervous. Well, little did we know we were the luckiest family in the fox valley, we were scheduled to have Jimmy. I dropped her off for her first day and it was a calm welcoming environment. Fast forward a few months now, the high light of my daughter's week is her time with Jimmy. He understands her and changes his activities based on her day, whether it be an active reading day ( stairs, hide and seek sight words, etc.) session, or a calm day to get thru the work. She is now more confident in herself and her school work. She will volunteer to read in class (which never happened before). I credit Jimmy with teaching her to love learning. I highly recommend Learning Ascent and Jimmy!!!!!

The schools are in chaos right now. Learning Ascent helps us navigate through the challenges. Saved my butt again today. Thanks for being an excellent partner and for being on the ball. The personal attention my high school junior is getting is excellent. Thank you.

I wanted to share that with Learning Ascent Tutoring Justin received thrilling results. He scored an overall 35 with 36 in Science and Reading, 34 in Writing and 33 in Math. Needless to say, he is thrilled with his scores, as we are. Joan and Evan were excellent!

In the climate of eLearning where students were not working to their best potential, my daughter was able to advance her education without pause through tutoring. Jennifer and her team were highly professional, thoughtful and diligent in scheduling and billing.
