My sons have trained with Joe and Trevor. I cannot say enough about the excellent work that they do with the kids. They are committed and experienced in assisting the kids achieve their goals. The sessions for my boys have been challenging and rewarding at the same time. Joe and Trevor have a tremendous rapport with the kids and instill the value of a healthy lifestyle and working hard to achieve your personal goals. I highly recommend Speed School for your whole family!!!

I wish I had joined this gym years ago! Not only am I becoming physically stronger, I feel stronger and more confident in all aspects of my life. Because I now have more core strength, I have less back pain, resulting in less chiropractic bills.nnCoach Joe is a no nonsense kind of guy; he tells it like it is, which I love! My trainer is Coach Phil who is compassionate and works well with all physical levels including those with special needs. There is a good vibe at this gym; everyone is friendly and encouraging. The small group sessions are a great workout and very fun. The workout is always different, which is so much better than my old boring gym routine. I also LOVE the Saturday yoga session.

Coach Joe knows how to motivate me, he makes each of my training sessions challenging but rewarding. I would have no hesitation in recommending him, Phil or Trevor as your personal trainer if you want to achieve your fitness and health goals. The Speed School is a great way to get not only you but your children in shape. My son has improved greatly throughout the years of being under the training of this facility and has loved every minute of it. Highly recommend for the whole family.

Coach Joe and his training staff are top notch. They are passionate about what they do and great motivators. Our son has gone to SS a little over a year and has come a long way. Thanks coaches!
