After being hospitalized for Covid for almost three months I needed to find a good fit with a therapist. There are days where I feel like I’m great and other days where I struggle to get out of bed. Alex is able to modify activities immediately so that I can continue to build my endurance and stamina. He is always positive and encouraging! I am lucky to have found him and Athletico. I would recommend to anyone!

Wonderful facility with professional & friendly staff. I’ve been to a different physical therapy facility and found the staff to be distracted, oftentimes unprofessional & just not welcoming. This place had been recommended to me. My physical therapist was Alex Nelson and he was a dreamboat of a therapist. He continuously checked in with how I was feeling, what my therapeutic goals were etc., always with a great attitude & lots of welcome humor. I was able to make great strides under his direction. The personnel actually had me looking forward to going to therapy! Would highly recommend.

Chrissie is absolutely amazing. She helped me through a work injury. She is very knowledgeable and professional. I always look forward on seeing her positive smiling self. Thanks for all you do Chrissie!!

I have been coming to Athletico over the years for different reasons. Always had a great experience with the staff. They are very friendly and knowledgeable. I would never go anywhere else. Thank you to them for all they have done for me.

I have used Athletico West multiple times for several issues including a shoulder impingement, broken foot bone recovery and plantar fasciitis. Specifically I have worked with Karolyn, Chrissie and Erin. In the time I have spent with these lovely people I have found an overwhelming feeling of compassion, care, technical and medical expertise, friendliness, flexibility in scheduling and always a positive attitude accompanied by a smiling face!!! I consider them my advocate, coach, healer and friends. Some of the best people you will ever work with. Honest and willing to be up front when I needed a nudge or a confidence boost guiding me in the right direction. I have experienced recovery in every period of therapy. As a very active aging man, I consider Athletico West a huge part of keeping my strength and fitness as my life continues on. I highly recommend this group to help you achieve recovery and get back on track! They are simply THE BEST!!
