My dog had injured himself yesterday and valley animal hospital took him in as soon as they could even though he hadn’t been there before. They explained everything and made me feel comfortable with everything going on. They even called this morning to see how he is doing. I am going to switch from my normal vet just to come see these wonderful people. Thank you for taking care of my baby.

We just moved here from Texas and had a great experience with our first visit. The person that scheduled us was friendly, we got a text reminder for the appointment and the Vet was so nice and friendly. We even got a Happy birthday email to our cat today! I would highly recommend. Cost was affordable too

My husband and I recently moved into the Geneva area and were in need of a new vet for our three pugs. We were recommended Valley Animal Hospital by an acquaintance and have been very pleased with their office! They have made the check in/appointment process very easy and quick during these crazy COVID times. They are very responsive and have called to check up on our pets after a visit which has been most appreciated. The vet that we have worked with is very kind, professional, and clear about her observations and recommendations with our pets. I would definitely recommend this office to anyone who is looking for a compassionate vet for their beloved four-legged family members!

We had an emergency with our senior dog and thankfully we were able to get her into Valley Animal Hospital very quickly the very next morning. The staff was just so kind and caring for our girl and Dr. Babler thoroughly answered all of our questions and concerns. Our girl is on the mend and we're so pleased with the care she received from the team at Valley Animal Hospital. Thank you all so much!

My dogs and cats have been seeing Dr Humphrey for many years now and I really appreciate the level of service and care she and all the other doctors, techs and office personnel have shown my babies. Always a smiling face to greet us. Even with masks for Covidud83dude04nThey're the best!
