Got my new ac unit thank God that had some left

Been looking for a specific item for a while and this lowes finally had it in stock. I could have purchased it online but I needed to see it in person. I had a few questions and the associate was extremely knowledgeable which is great because I wasn't regarding this product. Great job Lowes, this is why I return.
We ordered our new kitchen appliances from Lowe’s and there was some miscommunication about our delivery and that our old appliances had to be uninstalled. Due to this our delivery was delayed and with the Lowe’s delivery schedule being so booked there was going to be a delay in our delivery, leaving us without any installed appliances to use for days. We called and spoke with Bob, who went completely out of his way to get our appliances delivered to us that very day. I’m not even sure how he did it, but I believe he sent two of his delivery guys on a separate route to our house to deliver our appliances. Jerron and Frankie delivered our appliances and were absolutely awesome. We spoke to them a few times on the phone and they were very informative and we had our appliances delivered. Bob did not have to have his crew go out of their way to get us our appliances, but he went completely above and beyond and we’re happy to be Lowe’s customers and would recommend this specific Lowe’s to anyone. Thank you Bob, Jerron and Frankie for such great service.
Great folks in plumbing. Very helpful. Found out a tub we bought n installed is missing an important inner support piece. Staff offered talk w managers. Left # no one has called
