Nightmare experience. My Christmas order was never delivered, and the seller reached out to me three times asking to resend it. I responded yes the first two times, only to be asked again as if I never responded. Once I received my Amazon A-Z guarantee, I was contacted saying the didn't receive my responses; however, they responded to my emails, and even responded to my Amazon review saying they responded to me. Unethical business, and not worth the poor customer service with a market full of options.
