The hotel was very nice. Fireplace, 4 post comfortable bed, amazing view of Fox River, bathtub was perfect. Things I think they could work on, access to water to d drink, I know Covid has removed most water containers but bottled water would have been a nice solution. The shower left much to be desired, weak pressure and didn't get hot, hot. Still a 5 star experience.
Absolutely amazing hotel, restaurant, and spa!!! We took a weekend getaway here from Chicago and it was spectacular. Nestled right up alongside the Fox River, the hotel has a very quaint yet sophisticated feel. The ceiling in the room was very tall making it feel enormous. We loved having the gas fireplace in the room to cuddle up in front of. We had lovely and delicious (and strong!) cocktails at the bar before dinner, and a stellar meal in Atwaters Restaurant! Moreover, the staff were professional, helpful, and safe in these trying (COVID) times. We felt very well taken care of! We are already planning a return to this amazing place! Thank you, Herrington!
This little gem is a family favorite! My husband and I have celebrated special occasions here for many years! I love to give gift certificates to this lovely getaway spot to my children and they live receiving them! The food and amenities are top notch!
I had the opportunity to tour Herrington Inn in Geneva IL this past Fall and it is stunning! If you are looking for a beautiful spot with romantic feels to host your wedding, definitely consider Herrington. The staff is very friendly, professional and there to create the most beautiful event for you.
Absolutely beautiful hotel. Booked a massage and give two thumbs up for the incredible job. Staff was welcoming and friendly. My massage therapist was fantastic. Ask for Stan in your next massage and you won't regret it.
