I had found an item for my wife from an on-line jeweler with questionable reviews. Based on Fox's reviews, I brought them a picture of the item, and they were able to custom make the item and it's perfect. Very personable yet professional staff; NO pretense whatsoever! If you need a jeweler in the Fox Valley area, see Tom and his team. You won't be disappointed!

I never write reviews, but I had such a great experience at Fox Jewelers that it would be a crime to not write one. Tom helped me craft the absolute perfect engagement ring for my girlfriend (now fiancée), was able to stay within my budget, and was even able to get the ring ready before my trip the following week. Once I saw the final product, I was blown away. If you are in the market for an engagement ring, or any jewelry for that matter, you absolutely must go here. There is NO other jewelry shop that can deliver on quality, customization, price, and service like Fox Jewelers does.

Recently had a watch repaired here. Staff was amazing, and very accommodating. I was on a bit of a dead line and they made a special emphasis to make sure it was ready on time.
