Great atmosphere fun and engaging! Te staff of lovely ladies that helped my daughter get her ears pierced for her birthday and they were so helpful with every detail, highly recommend. Every-girly-thing you could ever need!!

Pushed me into spending the most possible for ear piercing by hiding actual the prices in the store and lying by saying the recommended choice of white gold was only a few dollars more than the stainless. I asked for clarification on the pricing but they would not give me actual prices. Walked out paying more than $70 uinstead of $38 unnecessarily.

I had gone to this location to get my cartilage pierced again, the associate, Lauren, was all smiles and very happy to help me. She even took the time to explain the perks of purchasing a package of two piercings rather than just the one. I ended up choosing to do a double cartilage piercing. She was extremely knowledgeable and clean when performing the piercing. She had her eye on all customers in the store and was able to break away and reingage with customers as she was the only associate working. She gave me her attention and talked to me making me feel welcome. As manager for a retail/optical I would definitely hire her if she ever came for an interview at my job. She is a wonderful employee and surprised me with outstanding customer service. I asked her if she receives perks at work for customer feedback. I was sad to hear Claire's does not offer that however her manager deserves to know what a great employee they have!
