Went to go purchase some jewelry today, came up to the store to enter, when opening the door was immediately stopped by a gate a half a foot in. I looked to the door and saw a limit of 9 people allowed in. Counted 5 people in, waited for am employee to come and allow me entrance. Was ignored by 3 employees behind the counter. Couldn't even get in to buy anything.

Bought 2 bracelets and charms at this location as Christmas gifts. My receipt was incorrectly rang and both bracelets were defective not to mention one had water damage.

The lady that helped me was very friendly! She was patient, knowledgeable and very kind. She greeted everyone as they walked in, and sanitized things as she worked. I walked out with 3 beautiful charms and clean sparkly bracelet! I’ll be back! Thank you
