I was reticent to try someplace new, but I recently moved into the area and due to inclement weather didn’t want to drive 35 miles to my tried and true. I took a chance and went to see if this salon was any good. I had seen the salon many times when I shopped in Walmart and decided to give it a try. So glad I did. My eyebrows were threaded by Ambergine. They look incredible. She is so quick, I couldn’t believe it when she handed me the mirror for inspection. I also had some waxing done on my face and it was perfect. The price was also on point. So glad I took a chance. Will be back!

DO NOT under ANY circumstance (including this place being the LAST eyebrow salon on earth) trust these people with your eyebrows. I was put in the unfortunate circumstance of having no other option but to go to Seva and I would take it back IMMEDIATELY. I would pay these people to never touch me for the rest of my life. Based on this review you can take away that they messed up my face VERY BADLY. I have thicker eyebrows and this woman LITERALLY was done in under SIXTY SECONDS. I know that based on this review you may think I’m dramatic, but I am not. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. ALSO do not let them pressure you into a high tip after they clearly did not have any concern about the outcome of your eyebrows. I am taking a vacation day at work tomorrow because of my appearance. You have been WARNED.

I have been to this Seva Beauty location in Batavia several times and have had services by Umber. She is phenomenal. The threading is always on point, and last time I had her tint my eyebrows, and they were perfectly natural and shaped to perfection. The prices are very reasonable. I highly recommend this salon.
