Baker was very accommodating and very nice to work with. He went the extra mile to try to locate a vehicle with AWD since I was heading north. My trip was canceled and he modified my rental to help me out. It was one of my most pleasant rental experiences I have had renting.
Baker does an excellent job in ensuring that my vehicle is always ready and that is the correct vehicle that meet the needs of each rental. If for some reason, the vehicle I selected in the reservation is not available, he always has an alternate vehicle ready for me. He is always polite and has a great personality. When I give him feedback about a vehicle, he remembers it and uses it when he reserves my vehicle.
It was quick, car was clean, I felt safe driving it. Process was quick for renting and easy, plus I really liked the hours open verses other locations and companies.
Called about renting a vehicle. What i got was some very unprofessional ghetto lady screaming at me on the phone. Worst customer service ever. If you call and get her on the other end GOOD LUCK!
Baker - the Customer Service Attendant in the office - was EXTREMELY helpful - family emergency and he worked with us to find a solution. Very professional, courteous and kind. Appreciate him being our contact!!
