I had a question concerning the Tolls and needed more info. I was transferred around for 40 minutes until I called here and I got the plate right away after providing rental agreement. Thank you

Horrible!!! Made a reservation with 800 number the night before. Got to location next morning and was told they had no cars. He didn't even try to find other locations, even when I asked him to. Not even worth one star.

Call up for weeks to get a van I could walk through to take my dogs down south and now I am in Kentucky and my dogs are in the back of the van and I can't even get to them and it's freezing out have to pull over constantly to check on them thanks hurts I called you before several times to make sure I had the right van and then when I get there you switch it on me thanks a lot

The Hertz in Saint Charles !!!n!!My car was dirty with garbage under my seat and the front part of car was tore up and paint off of it and , when you start it up it was extremely loud . Had a light on saying need service. This was the dirties car I ever rented . Not to mention raggly. I was not pleased at all never again . In Saint Charles then make it so bad they put a sticker saying it was cleaned . Jonnie was. Nice guy though but he didn’t do what he said .I was over charged for this car they said I would not be charged for gas , since the car was dirty inside . Totally lied ‼ufe0f‼ufe0f‼ufe0f

I was over charged for my rental received a call from the branch manager that i missed, i called back a little later and was put on hold for about 15 minutes and no one picked up. i hung up. really lax customer service
