I would highly recommend this service for any medical transportation needs. I recently had to move my elder parents long distance from Chicago to St. Louis. Being long distance and other health issues in play we had to sort thru a few things before making decisions. Jeremy was very helpful and patient with our requests and got the move done without a hitch. Great company to work with.
I wholeheartedly recommend this extraordinary company to anyone who needs transportation for a loved one. Jeremy, the owner of MettaShuttle, is a Godsend. He understood my frustrations with trying to transport my ailing sister from one facility to another that same day. He told me not to worry, he would handle it and get it done. He did! Jasmine, the very caring driver, went above and beyond the call of duty. She handled my sister with the utmost care and transferred her from an awful facility on the south side to Autumn Leaves in St. Charles, where she resides. Jeremy kept me updated on their progress throughout the transport, so I felt as if I was right there, and sharing my burden with a sympathetic friend. Safe, secure, punctual ride for my wheelchair-bound mom. Owner Jeremy even drove us on a Sunday (normally their day off), and it was Father's Day, no less! He is a super-nice guy and the fee was reasonable - moreso than other services we've used. We will definitely use MettaShuttle again. You should, too! (P.S. Jeremy's son was with him and was just charming - polite and helpful.)
I recently needed to hire a ride to my doctor, due to a leg problem. I needed a wheel chair transport. MettaShuttle had a van for my trip. My driver, David, was professional as well as friendly. Got me to my appointment, waited at the doctors office and returned me back home. The service was outstanding.
Exceptional customer service. My 91 year old mother was wowed by his care. Definitely recommend Jeremy!
