First of all Dana is the face of this hotel. She is always greets us with a smile. She also sets the example for her team by always pulling up her sleeves to get the job done even having a manager role. Hotel is also amazing. Rooms are perfect especially rooms facing parking lot. Breakfast is great as well and great quality. Cooks are always patient and have a smile. Only 5 min from Main Street and Culver's across the street for late night ice cream a plus. Thanks Dana!!!!!
The water slide was awesome breakfast and the hotel were great. There was unfortunately a hockey team running wild all hours of the night. If the hotel could have managed them after 10 it wouldhave been a better experience.
Excellent management and staff. Clean and comfortable accommodation. Great location with dining within walking distance and a water park on site.
This has been a great experience with the family. Tons to do around town and a short drive to dubuque. The large slide is a blast and also separate area with slide for small kids. Relaxing hot tub to melt stress away. Rooms are great and affordable even for a suite. Front desk workers were all an absolute pleasure to talk to.
I couldn't have picked a better place to stay. They more than accommodated for me and my family. They were personal, kind and social.. I will be coming back again and again. It's truly hard to find such amazing customer service anymore between the pandemic and having a family that is a little on the bigger side. They took a huge load off my anxiety and I will never be able to thank them enough ❤ufe0f
