Easy access off of interstate, nice staff, however trash company picks up the collection bins at 430 am and wakes you up. Ask for the second floor because the noise from the room above you says the floor is thin. If you are on the first floor it sounds like a herd of elephants over your head.nThe rooms are clean and you feel safe here. A nice property
Traveling during COVID has its challenges but this property met all my expectations for a clean, comfortable and socially-distanced stay. My husband and I were traveling for a meeting and appreciated the attention given to ensure rooms were super clean. Our bed was firm and comfortable and all the toiletries we needed were provided. The Grab 'n Go breakfast was one of the best I've encountered during COVID. Our bags contained a bottle of water, two different kinds of sweet rolls and fresh fruit. We could also add yogurt from the breakfast station refrigerator and they also offered Jimmy Dean sausage and cheese breakfast sandwiches on either a biscuit or croissant to microwave. Coffee and juice were also available from the dispensers. The pool was open, which after a long day on the road was appreciated to work out the kinks doing laps. So many pools are closed right now - it was a good find.
Messed up reservation. Messed up billing. Little to no cleaning. Front desk staff was stand offish when you would ask for even fresh towels. Spread for covid breakfast was done well though
Very clean and modern hotel. Had issues when checking in with my room key. The battery was dead on the key lock. Went back to the front desk and the clerk have me a new room and escorted me there to make sure it worked
