This museum has displays that present a lot of local history. The Coal Mine Exhibit is very informative and tells how the coal mining industry grew in the area in the 1800's and how its impact on our demographics is still present today, several decades after mining ceased. The Hornsby Stores exhibit is also fantastic. I highly recommend a visit to this museum!
