AMC CLASSIC Morris 10

Manager was extremely rude and refused to allow us entry into the theater, after we had bought food and had tickets on reserve . We were given masks and I told her this was against our civil rights , since we would’ve been allowed to remove them beyond a certain point anyhow . She proceeded to call the police and refuse us entry . She had a very nasty temperament and was very offensive. I would not recommend this theater to anyone , and seeing the lack of people present , I can understand why it has no customers. Her name was Manager Annie and I hope she gets better at her job .

If it was possible, I would leave no star at all...nWe were hoping to spend a good afternoon over there, the tickets were purchased online and we arrived not expecting anything that has happened.nAfter purchasing food and drinks, we were given masks to wear ( which we would take off 1 minute later eating popcorn and having drinks..... )nI was hesitant since I have preexisting conditions that makes it hard for me to breathe when wearing mask, but eventually put it on.nThen we found out from extremely unpleasant and hostile manager, who was showing us her attitude from the very beginning, that I was not wearing the mask in a proper way......nShe said she wanted us out, but we decided to stay and still watch the movie.nThat was when she called the police ( who were very respectful and nice, BTW ).nI wouldn't recommend that place to anyone.nStay away, please, if you don't like negativity in you life.

The workers are fantastic. The theaters are clean and well kept. This is our weekly got to spot when we can.

The management is extremely hostile and rude. She has zero leadership, people and conflict resolution skills.nnDon’t waste your time visiting the AMC in Morris if you want to be treated with an ounce of respect.

This place is a dump. 5 dollar bottles of water. Stale popcorn. Way outdated
