Well the best place to get covd testing for sure! First you call follow directions givin! For being short handed they work like an awesome team together . Found great methods to get everyone finished as soon as possible thank you for getting creative .Most of all still Feeling the caring warmth of there sincere goodness they have inside themselves! Made my children comfortable and got a family of four done in less then 20 minutes! Also when I had trouble doing the online register they were there with patience and helped make sure I got everything completed with no problems !!! Thank you again ! Guidelines are to be followed for yourself to be assisted you don’t need to be the first three letters this is new to everyone we need remember to be kind and courteous of others or stay home for real!!!

Absolutely the worst service in all of Las Cruces. The lady at the birth certificate office is terrible both at her job and with customer service. First off I was turning my application to her I forgot to fill out the city and state she made me get out of line to write that down which took me a total of about 3 seconds. The next lady up did the same thing however she allowed her to fill it in at the front of the line instead of going to back of line like I did. Then it turns out I wasn't on my son's birth certificate for some reason even though I've been there since the moment he was born and before that so I asked her how I could get on the birth certificate she said you'll have to get documentation from Santa Fe I said okay can we start that she said yes then she took my money that was $10 for the birth certificate which I thought was being held so my wife to pick it up since she was on the birth certificate. My wife ends up going down and she's saying that she needs to pay another $10 because I paid for an application for myself. She did not explain at the time I paid her the $10 that it will be mailed to me within a week from Santa Fe I was under the impression I was paying for my hard copy right now so my wife can come and pick it up. On the phone she even admitted that she did not explain what the $10 was for. And after about three minutes of her telling us to just call Santa Fe just call Santa Fe just call Santa Fe she said well give me a minute give me your phone number and I'll see what I can do. So obviously she knows she's in the wrong took about half an hour of talking to her to get her to admit this. Absolutely worst service I might have ever had in my life

Dr. Espinosa & Angie will lie straight to your face. This is a program they say saves lives but I had a doctor who cared for me. Espinosa convinced me to become a client here and after 4 months. Kicked me off because living out of town and my car broke down I couldn't make an appointment. They refused to let me see them monthly and when I told them I'm going to end up relapsing on heroin. She put her hands up like not my problem. The only staff member that cares for you here is the receptionist. I dont just recommends you go somewhere else. I implore you too. They're just here for a paycheck. They talk behind your back. Theirs no such thing as client privilege. Nothing. So before you decide to go there. Just know, chances are they hate you. Keep that in mind while they smile in your face

I hate this agency I appreciate the benefits but the staff are incredibly rude I asked to pick up my card over phone after a couple days of them never calling back, and they rudely hung up on me because they couldn’t find my card so I rushed to the office because even though they work till 5 the staff refuse to work after 4:30 and my card popped up after I complained to them In person. I have many other rude encounters with the staff but this one was the last straw for me.

The WIC staff are horribly rude people. Manager or someone upper needs to talk to them and put them on check. Never had encounter such nasty attitude women in this town.
