Clean quiet nice place to visit n live. Like the new trailers coming in. Really dresses up the place.
I’ve lived here now for 4 years with no issues at all.Management is super friendly and helpful anytime I’ve had any kind of issue they take care of it in a professional and timely manner. Rent is fair and neighbors are decent.All and all a great little park to live in.
It's been nice so far. They are doing a good job of cleaning out old run-down trailers and bringing in nicer homes. The management team is friendly and helpful.
The place itself is wonderful. And the staff is excellent. But whoever is in charge of the place is extremely greedy because XFINITY said that they are not able to come within the limits of the park due to the parks deal with other providers. They'll recommend kraus which is literally 3x the cost for 1/2 the speed and 1/4 of the signal strength. It is due to this that we are looking for other places to live as we require a solid connection for our jobs. Also there are speed bumps everywhere. That's the only other downfall.
