Due to Covid-19, resulted lot of cancelation one after the other in my case about 5 effected return flights from Lahore, Pakistan to Chicago, USA. They never inform about any cancellation which require rebooking the purchased ticket and start selling to new passengers for personal gain hence getting heightened price and commission by ignoring existing stranded passengers taking advantage of profit and commission benefitting due to Covid-19 PandemicnVery dishonest, unorganized, greedy and inexperiencednCareful dealing with this agents for your travel need.

Bad experience. They are just wanting to sell air tickets without giving proper information on baggage charges, layover, etc. Had to pay baggage charges even when we were told that there will not be any. Will never book tickets with them again and would advice others to not do so too.
