I bought my husband a gift of a helicopter flight intro through a third-party website.nnPer the email, I called two days before the flight to check the weather. Unfortunately, it didn't look good so we easily rescheduled for the following weekend. Called again to confirm and we were good to go.nnGot the number of the pilot, John, to call once we arrived at the parking lot. Immediately got a taste of his good sense of humor ud83dudc4dud83cudffbnnJohn was very down to earth, funny, and straight to the point about safety. He also educated us on the history of the helicopter used for the intro flight.nnThe flight itself was great! My husband got to do more than half of the flying but no landings or take offs. He did radio in the landing though.nnAfterwards, we spoke with John about a pilots license and he was more than willing to spend some extra time showing us the helicopters they use for teaching. My husband even bought a pilots log ($15) right there so John could log my husband's first hour of flight! John also gave him great tips on reading materials.

Great company, Dedicated and professional pilots make this a 5 star experience. A company where professionalism is taken to another level, just take a look at how their facility and aircraft are maintained. When you land in their huge 8 passenger Bell 222 you know you've arrived.

Great experience flying with the doors off. The view can't be beat and you really feel the sensation of flying. Pilot was professional and provided a smooth flight.

Chris Bachman and staff, at AM Air service operates a “First Class” helicopter service from the Schaumburg Regional Airport.nI’ve done a couple sightseeing tours to the city in their Hughes 500 before, but there’s nothing like flying in a Bell 222. It’s very roomy, and super smooth with Chris at the controls.nI had the pleasure of flying up to Oshkosh last year in this beautiful Bell, and what an experience it was, “First Class” all the way, right down to the landing.nI’d highly recommend AM Air Servive to anyone looking for the ultimate thrill of a city tour in the Hughes 500 (more thrilling with the doors off) or a luxury flight in their Bell 222.nThank you Chris!
